🚚 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

  • Smaller towns and remote areas via trusted courier partners.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation message (email or SMS) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

🛍️ Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct to avoid delays.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order on our courier partner’s website or reach out to our team for help.

❌ Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of:

  • Delayed delivery – Contact us after 5 business days if you haven’t received your parcel.

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address or phone number – We may contact you to confirm details before reshipping.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be confirmed.

🛃 Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not received or accepted:

  • We will contact you to confirm a re-delivery attempt.

  • You may be asked to pay the shipping fee again.
