You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

We hope you understand that for safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t resell these products once opened.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
